- Where do the designs come from?
- All designs are hand drawn by myself :)
- What materials do you use?
- It may start on another medium but it always ends up in procreate on my Ipad! The Ipad and Apple pencil have changed my life!
- Who runs Kimchi Kreative?
- I design, quality check, pack, photograph, maintain the website, do social media etc. Having just moved with my husband to France, my dear friends at Oddment & Tweak handle my packing and shipping.
- Is this your full time job?
- I was recently laid off my job and I am entering 2026 with the hopes of making Kimchi Kreative my full time gig! Fingers crossed!
- What is your start to end process for pins?
- This is actually a great questions with a VERY long answer but I have done a start to finish walk thru on my IG live. I HIGHLY encourage you to visit my IGTV tab and watch thru the 2hr live I did about this! (Yes, I said 2 hrs-I talk A LOT haha) I hope you find it useful!
CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS :

How many pins will I receive?
Pins received will depend on the club you choose to subscribe to. Some clubs are bi-monthly, some are monthly. Be sure to check the club listing. -
Can I join a club subscription any time?
No, club subscriptions are only available during a limited registration window. If you miss this window, you’ll need to wait for a current member to cancel their spot before an opening becomes available. Any available openings or future registration periods will be announced publicly.

A club pins Limited Edition?
Extra pins will be ordered each month to ensure club members receive the best quality. Any remaining pins will be released to the public at full price. (Yup! You get a small discount for being a subscription holder!) Club pins are not LE unless announced. Variants also may be restocked in small quantities.

How does billing work?
Your registered card will be auto-charged at the appropriate subscription time (monthly, bi-monthly, etc). Once successfully charged, your order will be auto-created. Tracking will be linked to each subscription transaction. -
What if the charge does not go thru?
If there is a failed charge, subscribers will be contacted via email to update payment information. Subscribers will have a week from initial contact to update payment details. Should subscribers not update their payment details within a week, they will be skipped for that months pin. Should a failed charge occur the next month as well, the subscriber will be removed from the club and their seat made available to the public. -
What if my package is lost?
If you think your packs is lost, please check your email for your tracking number. If tracking says the package has been delivered, please contact your post office for more answers. We are not responsible for your stolen items. -
I put the wrong address!
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please update your address ASAP or reach out so that we can change it on your behalf.- If the address is updated after the subscription has been sent:
- If the package is returned to us, we are happy to re-ship it.
However, shipping costs will have to be charged again. - A USPS reroute can be attempted.
- If possible, please follow the tracking and visit the address you initially provided to intercept the shipment.
- If none of these are possible, we may be able to provide a replacement pin at subscription cost + shipping IF extra product is available.
- If the package is returned to us, we are happy to re-ship it.

What are the designs of?
Pins designs will be based on the club chosen.
Example: Weeboo Club will be anime inspired. Castle Club will be animation inspired, etc. Be sure to look for a club that fits your passions! -
Can I return or switch a pin if I don't like it?
Club pins are not refundable or exchangeable because you do not like the character, design, etc. We highly encourage subscribers to post trade stories as there are many fellow pin collectors who would love to trade! -
What if my pin has damage?
In cases of pins below standard grade (ex. damage) can an exchange be initiated. All pins are guaranteed standard grade and will not exchange for slight variations that come from handmade items.

How much is shipping?
- Stickers: Ship free with no tracking
- Postcards and prints: $4 flat rate in the USA (no matter how many postcards or prints you buy!) with tracking
- Enamel Pins: $5 flat rate in the USA (no matter how many pins you buy!) with tracking
- Shipping will vary depending on the product you purchase. Be sure to check your shipping information when checking out but the following products do have flat rate shipping within the USA:
- All locations outside of the USA will differ by carrier and weight of order. If you don't see your country listed upon check out-email or direct message me on IG!

Can you combine my orders?
- At this time, I do not offer services to combine orders. If you choose to check out separately they will be shipped separately. Combining orders leads to a high chance there will be an error in packing.

When will my order ship?
- All orders ship within 7 working days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
- Average ship times in the USA are anywhere from 3 days-2 weeks.
- International shipping can take up to a month.
- Arrival time came vary depending on where you live and what shipping type you selected.
- With enamel pin mail your order will always come with tracking so please take advantage of this feature.
- Please be aware if you are ordering during a Holiday rush the mail be a little slower than usual too. Please be kind to your mail people! The holidays are a crazy time for them!

My order was shipped but then they lost in in the mail-What do I do?
- First, check your email for your tracking number and check the status of your package.
- If the status is delivered and you do not have it please contact your local post office. KimchiKreative is not responsible for stolen mail
- If the status is lost in transition please contact your local post office. KimchiKreative cannot influence or find your lost order.

My order shipped to the wrong address!
- Unfortunately, there is nothing KimchiKreative can do if you provided an incorrect shipping address and it was successfully delivered. I recommend reaching out to your local post office to see if there is a solution they may be able to offer.
- If the item is returned to KimchiKreative, you will be contacted with the option of correcting your address and paying a second shipping fee attempt.

Do you ship outside of the US?
- I do!
- I currently ship to USA, Canada, and parts of Asia (If you are visiting the site from the EU www.KimchiKreative.fr is under construction!)
- Shipping rates and can be high and you may be charged import taxes, fees, etc These are your responsibility. Should you refuse to pay any of these extra charges and the pin is returned to KimchiKreative you will not be reimbursed for the shipping but can at that time opt for a refund of the pin at that time.
- Remember that international shipping can take a long time! You may be waiting 1-2 months, maybe more, if your pin gets stuck in customs. Please be patient for them. They are trying to make their way to you. is under construction!

If your item arrives damaged:
>Please message me a photo of damages and we can work together to get a replacement if possible or a full refund.

You ordered the wrong item:
>It can be refunded, if your refund request is sent BEFORE the item is shipped.
>You can return the incorrect item for the correct one. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred and the difference in pin price (if there is one)
>You can purchase the correct one and use the mistake pin for trading!

>Unfortunately, there is nothing KimchiKreative can do if you provided an incorrect shipping address and it was successfully delivered.

You no longer want your item:
>If if the item has already been shipped we cannot issue a refund under these conditions. -
Refunds will NOT be considered for orders past 30 days or if the item has been damaged since its arrival.
