Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or immediate purchase. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscriptions
Club pins are not refundable or exchangeable because you do not like the character, design, etc. We highly encourage subscribers to post trade stories as there are many fellow pin collectors who would love to trade!
Subscriptions may be cancelled before the series end however some charges and fees may apply should a subscription already have shipped. 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment plus shipping charges at time of check out.  
You may be able to  cancel should there be another customer interested in taking your pre-order spot. However, pre-sales associated with fundraising/donations cannot be refunded as these payments are made to the organizations as quickly as possible.  

Immediate Purchase
If you purchased and item in the shop and it wasn't what you expected or you no longer need it, a full refund can be processed. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and the initial shipping fee will not be refunded. Only the cost of product may be refunded.
