Return policies apply to all items in my product feed.

What is your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged:
>Please message me a photo of damages and we can work together to get a replacement if possible or a full refund.

You ordered the wrong item:
>It can be refunded, if your refund request is sent BEFORE the item is shipped.
>You can return the incorrect item for the correct one. You will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred and the difference in pin price (if there is one)
>You can purchase the correct one and use the mistake pin for trading!

It shipped to the wrong address:
>Unfortunately, there is nothing KimchiKreative can do if you provided an incorrect shipping address and it was successfully delivered.
>If the item is returned to KimchiKreative, you will be contacted with the option of paying a second shipping fee for the second mail attempt. -
You no longer want your item:
>If if the item has already been shipped we cannot issue a refund under these conditions. - Refunds will NOT be considered for orders past 30 days or if the item has been damaged since its arrival.
